- Music Information Management System KENDRIX Has Been Updated
On December 16, 2025, the Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers (JASRAC) updated KENDRIX, a management system for musical works information equipped with a blockchain-based proof of existence (PoE) framework and eKYC functions.
New functions available in KENDRIX
■Creation log function "Oto Log"
Oto Log, a function to log the creation process, has been implemented to visualize various actions taken in KENDRIX in chronological order.

Oto Log is a function to look back on the production process for each musical work. Various actions taken by the artist and their collaborators (i.e., project members) can be referred to in reverse chronological order. This helps you not only to look back on your creative activities, but also retroactively to verify the facts relating to the creation, in case of a difference in opinion between you and your collaborators or trouble with a third party.
Weekly Actions
You will get these Ex points every week for each completed action.
* Weekly points are reset at twelve midnight every Monday.
Condition for getting Ex: Log in (or access the site of) KENDRIX.
Condition for getting Ex: Register a new musical work version.
* The points will be granted when the registration with blockchain is successfully completed.Condition for getting Ex: Publish a PoE page for a musical work version.
Condition for getting Ex: Comment on a thread for a musical work version.
Condition for getting Ex: Analyze musical works (irrespective of whether the result is appropriate or not).
Monthly Actions
You will get these Ex points every month for each completed action.
* Monthly points are reset at twelve midnight on the first day every month.
Condition for getting Ex: Register your account with KENDRIX.
Condition for getting Ex: Create and publish a creator profile under one or more activity names.
Condition for getting Ex: Register the basic information for your account and complete the individual authentication (eKYC).
Condition for getting Ex: Apply for the acquisition of an IPI number and obtain it.
* The points will be granted when the registration with blockchain is successfully completed.Condition for getting Ex: Submit five or more work notifications as a musical work owner and get them approved and registered.
Account Actions
You will get these Ex points only once per account for each completed action.
Condition for getting Ex: Create new musical work information.
Condition for getting Ex: Create and publish a new musical work presentation page.
Condition for getting Ex: Submit a work notification as a musical work owner and get it approved and registered.
Condition for getting Ex: Register five or more new musical work versions.
Condition for getting Ex: Submit five or more work notifications as a musical work owner and get them approved and registered.
You can see your Ex status in the "Ex dashboard."

The Ex points received in a month can be exchanged for various benefits in the following month. The planned benefits include the right to enter a prize draw to win equipments or plug-ins useful for musical production, and novelty goods for meeting certain conditions.
* In January 2026, we will show you the details of the benefits that you can receive in January 2026 using the Ex points collected in December 2025.
The period during which you can see the information and values in Oto Log or Ex dashboard depends on your account type with KENDRIX.
