Effective March 1, 2025, the Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers (JASRAC) has concluded a unilateral representation agreement for performing and mechanical rights with AllTrack (AllTrack Performing Rights LLC), a copyright management entity in the United States of America. Under this agreement, JASRAC will license the use of AllTrack repertoire in Japan.
For the United States of America, ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC will continue to administer the performing rights of JASRAC repertoire, while Muserk will administer the mechanical rights.

By concluding this representation agreement, the number of foreign societies with which JASRAC has agreements totals 130 societies (97 countries and 4 regions).
