On December 17, 2024, the Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers (JASRAC) updated "KENDRIX," a musical works information management system, which uses blockchain technology to provide proof of existence (PoE) and electronic identity verification (eKYC) functions.

New KENDRIX Features

"Musical Works Unveiling Page" for Creation and Publishing

The "Musical Works Unveiling Page" is a web page where music creators can publish a comprehensive summary of their works, including information such as the cover images, artist names, links to distribution services, and performer details, based on the music information registered with KENDRIX, along with proof of existence pages and copyright information.

"Creator Profile" for Creation and Publishing

The "Creator Profile" is a web page that allows music creators to consolidate and publish various information, such as profile pictures, profile description, links to various social media platforms, the "Musical Works Unveiling Page", etc., for each of the names under which they have registered on KENDRIX.

If a music creator has been verified through KENDRIX's eKYC feature, a checkmark "✓" will be displayed next to their name to indicate that the creator has been verified.

Both "Musical Works Unveiling Page" and "Creator Profile" can be shared publicly by setting the visibility to "Public" and sharing the URL. These tools are designed to assist creators promote their new works and activities to a broader audience. Please use it as a new tool for expanding the reach.
