Conclusion of Reciprocal Representation Agreement With SCM-COOPERATIVA (Republic of Cabo Verde)

The Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers (JASRAC) concluded a reciprocal representation agreement with SOCIEDADE CABOVERDIANA MÚSICA (SCM-COOPERATIVA), copyright society of Republic of Cabo Verde (*), for performing rights and mechanical rights. The agreement will take effect from October 1, 2019.

By concluding the reciprocal representation agreement with SCM-COOPERATIVA, the number of foreign societies which JASRAC has agreements with totals 129 societies in 101 countries and 4 territories.
