Announcement of the Amendment of the Tariffs (Article 9)
On March 27, 2018, JASRAC reported to the Commissioner for Agency for Cultural Affairs the partial amendment of its Tariffs (Lending: Chapter 2, Article 9), after holding a hearing with the user representatives.
Based on Article 13, Paragraph 3 of the Law on Management Business of Copyright and Neighboring Rights, JASRAC will announce the amended Tariff.
The Tariff will take effect from May 1, 2018.
