Settlement of Lawsuit Against Bridal Contents Production Company

In March 2017, JASRAC filed an action with the Tokyo District Court requesting prohibition of use of copyright works administered by JASRAC for bridal contents (*) produced by Videosonic Co., Ltd. and a claim of damages against the said company and its representative.

Regarding this lawsuit, the company made a certain payment to JASRAC and reached a settlement amicably on July 10, 2018.

(*) Video profiles and credits used in wedding ceremonies and receptions, and videos recorded during wedding ceremonies and receptions.
