“JASRAC Creator’s Path Vol.2” Held

On November 9, JASRAC held a talk event “JASRAC Creator’s Path Vol.2” at “cafe 104.5” in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.

It was the second event with the aim of deepening the understanding and interest of the copyright system and JASRAC for young creators.

With the three composers Mr. Yuki Hayashi, Mr. Ryosuke Nakanishi and Mr. Toshiyuki Omori as guests, JASRAC had a talk session with their themes including their know-how in getting job orders, music production styles, and what triggered them to enter into trust agreements with JASRAC. JASRAC explained how to apply for a trust agreement at the session, and answered questions from participants at a get-together party after the event.

The participants made comments such as, “It was very meaningful to hear from leading composers,” and “I am glad I could ask questions about trust agreements with JASRAC.”

JASRAC will continue to hold JASRAC Creator’s Path talk events.
